Greetings From Kelties

As promised, I'm back bringing you updates on the new restaurant. The progress in the last few weeks has been astounding, and I'm so excited to share it with all of you!

We will be opening
in our new location
the week of September 17th...

We have just recently obtained our wine license, the last one available for issue in Westfield. Hopefully, we will be able to acquire our bar service liquor license by the end of October.

Our lunch menu will remain similar, but will also include new heartier sandwiches and savory salads. You won’t want to miss those happy endings with desserts from Tonda. Proudly, all of our desserts are now made in-house!

To continue in our tradition of sharing with you people who make our lives better, here is information about two people who are key to our success...

Michael Fry

Needless to say, my great eNewsletter and website would not be possible without the hard work of my friend, neighbor, and marketing expert, Michael Fry.

Mike is the owner of Let's Go Marketing, LLC... a local marketing services firm. For three years, Mike has been, and continues to be, a huge help to me. If we could keep up with his ideas, I'm sure we would have a lot more people visiting Kelties. As we move to our new location, Mike, we're ready for the challenge!

Brian Johnson

I am happy to announce the addition of Brian Johnson to our team. Brian is the new Executive Sous Chef at Kelties, and he will be helping me create delicious and beautiful meals. Brian has over 15 years of experience in the industry and was most recently the Executive Chef at Mama Carolla's.

We're thrilled to have him on our team… come taste some of his fabulous cuisine!

Indiana Home Grown

It has always been my desire to make my menu as Hoosier-friendly as possible. Having grown up on an Indiana farm, this is really important to me.

We will be working with the following local farmers and companies:

• Traders Point Creamery of Zionsville, Indiana
• Gonnella Bread Company
• Maple Leaf Farms

We will also continue our four year relationships with McFarling Foods, Piazza Produce, and Beans for Better Life.

My dad and I would have had so much fun visiting
these local places together. These are the times
I really miss him... remember to cherish each day!

A Peek at the New Menu

We have added a few new items to the lunch menu:

• Honey BBQ Meatloaf Sandwich, with savory potato pancakes
• Vegetarian Wrap
• Beef Stew in a Bread Bowl

Dinner is a whole new thing for us... we would appreciate your input once you’ve had an opportunity to dine with us!

Here are a few new dinner selections:

• Grilled Bone-In Pork Loin, with a port wine cinnamon sauce
• Pan-Fried Veal Asiago
• Beef Tenderloin Fettuccini, with sun-dried tomatoes, demi-glaze, and gorgonzola cheese

We're pleased to announce we've added a kids menu, too!
